The ratio can be obtained by adding sales of both the years separately and then dividing one by the another

Required Ratio =  (75+65)/(85+95) = 140/180 = 7/9

Required percentage can be obtained by adding sales of Branch B6 for both the years and then dividing it by summation of sales of Branch B3 for both the years and then multiplying this ratio by 100 to get the desired percentage.
