SSC CGL 2018-19: Expected Schedule & Previous Year Cut offs

SSC CGL Exam is conducted every year to recruit eligible candidates for non-technical posts (Group B and Group C) as well as for non-gazetted posts in various ministries/departments of the Government of India.

Due to SSC scam around mass cheating and paper leak allegation, the exam dates for SSC CGL 2018 got postponed and the new dates haven’t been released yet. SSC CGL will be conducted by TCS to conduct CGL 2018 on behalf of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC)

The exam dates of SSC CGL are expected to release this month.

SSC CGL Exam Pattern

The examination of SSC CGL 2019 will be conducted in 4 different levels known as tiers. Tier-I and Tier-II exam will be objective multiple choice conducted online. Tier-III is a pen and paper mode of examination which includes a descriptive paper in both English and Hindi. Tier-IV is basically a Computer Proficiency Test designed to test a candidate’s skills in Computer.

SSC CGL Tier-1 Exam Pattern

SSC CGL exam comprises of 4 sections with about a 100 questions in total and with maximum marks of 200. The entire exam is needed to be completed in a time span of 60 minutes.
