  4. Broad-based (adjective) – wide-ranging, general.
  5. Diverse (adjective) – various, very different, multiple.
  6. Composition (noun) – structure, formation, organization.
  7. Overwhelming (adjective) – very great, massive/huge, formidable.
  8. Accordance (with) (phrase) – in agreement with, in conformity with, in line with.
  9. Mean (for) (verb) – destine, choose, intend (for a particular purpose).
  10. Constrain (verb) – restrict, limit, restrain/regulate.
  11. Tactic (noun) – strategy, plan, course of action.
  12. Privilege (verb) – favour, champion, advocate; to give a higher value.
  13. Compelling (adjective) – convincing, influential, irresistible/persuasive.
  14. Back (verb) – support, endorse, uphold.
  15. Draft resolution (noun) – a document that seeks to fix the problems within the organisation. The draft resolution can be tabled after the delegates/members voted on amendments with which the ideas of some delegates on how to resolve an issue are proposed.
